Travel designed to feel personal
Every itinerary is crafted by hand, blending real travel experience, thoughtful research, and a deep curiosity about the world.
Meet the Traveler Behind Lumière
I was born in Costa Rica and moved to the United States when I was 18. Since then, travel has been one of the ways I’ve learned to understand the world and myself.
Over the years I’ve explored 18 countries, five continents, and more than 25 national parks. Along the way, I began documenting those experiences through my blog, The Tourette Traveler, sharing what it’s like to navigate the world while living with Tourette Syndrome.
Those experiences shaped the way I approach travel planning today.
I design itineraries the way I travel myself: with curiosity, realism, and a deep respect for the places we visit. I think about pacing, accessibility, cultural connection, and the quiet moments that often become the most meaningful parts of a journey.
Lumière Travel Studio grew out of that perspective: the belief that travel should feel thoughtful, personal, and deeply connected to the world around us.
Because the most meaningful journeys stay with you long after the trip ends.
— Claudia P. Scott
Every journey begins with careful research and lived travel experience, uncovering places and moments that typical itineraries often miss.
Trips are designed with intention, giving you time to explore, rest, and experience each place without feeling rushed.
From cultural encounters to quiet discoveries, each recommendation respects local culture and authentic connection.
The Studio Approach
The goal isn’t simply to plan a trip. It’s to design an experience that feels personal, memorable, and deeply connected to the world around you.
